Cookies and Tracking Devices: Benefit Architects website and our various digital platforms we use to provide services, may use tracking technologies (including cookies) to recognize you, protect your privacy, customize your experience, and target the content relevant to you, including providing email or text messages customized to your interests in various insurance products. By utilizing our website and interacting with our digital platforms, you consent to our tracking of your digital device id for the purpose of providing helpful and beneficial information only.


Communication: Benefit Architect will use your information to contact you by U.S. mail, telephone, email, text message and other means to maintain the services, your account, to comply with your stated communication preferences, to provide other services requested by you, as described at the time when we collect the information from you, to send you marketing communications, to respond to requests related to insurance partners, agents and clients or contact you for other purposes authorized by law. We may use your information to market to you across different websites and platforms, for instance, via email, SMS texting, and social media messaging with the intent of providing you helpful and beneficial insurance products that ultimately offer peace of mind.


Opt Out Options: If you are a Benefit Architects customer, you can opt-out of notifications from our company by emailing your opt-out request to Lauren@BenefitArchitects. You may not opt-out of administrative emails (for example, emails about your transactions or policy changes) for your registered account. You may also choose to opt-out from receiving marketing materials from us by calling our corporate office at 800-733-7236.
